Refund And Cancellation Policy
Please read this carefully before scheduling your consultation with Melissa. You will not be charged any fee by Melissa under the following condition.
- During the first 5-10 minutes of your consultation Melissa determines wether or not she is able to read for you or otherwise help you by using her Psychic abilities or Mediumship. If for some reason she is not able to give you a reading (this is a rarity but it does occasionally happen). She will stop the consultation and inform you of such and refund your payment in full.
- If as a new client you feel uncomfortable or that Melissa has not connected with you for any reason you may leave freely within the first 5-10 minutes of the consultation and will be given a full refund. After which standard rates will apply.
